K9 Love Terms And Conditions

In the event a consultation is arranged and you are not available at the agreed time and place, we reserve the right to charge for the session at the full rate of £35.00 per hour, plus any mileage if applicable.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel a session and reappoint to another time.  Cancellation needs to be by telephone. There is no charge for reappointing a session with notice. It may mean however, that the session will be the following week.

If cancellation is advised with less than 48 hours notice, then the session will be charged at the applicable session rate.

In the event that K9 Love needs to cancel a training session, we will endeavour to give at least 24 hours notice by telephone and reappoint.

K9 Love reserves the right to suspend any training if it is deemed that during the 1-2-1 sessions the dog has a behavioural problem which needs an expert in that field to resolve. In this circumstance, K9 Love will suggest an expert and once the sessions have been completed and the expert has spoken to K9 Love and given a report, the 1-2-1 training will recommence. No refund is given if you refuse to get specialist help.

K9 Love may cancel sessions (at the last minute) due to adverse weather conditions. No refund will be provided but a new date will be arranged.

K9 Love reserves the right to cease training at our discretion and give a refund of any session not completed.
