Who is this course for:
This unique 1-2-1 course will cover an enormous amount, which you will need to keep your new friend in a well balanced home. Enabling him or her to be safe, healthy and loved, in return you will receive the beginnings of a controlled dog with respect and love as the reward.
It has been designed for new dog owners and/or dog owners who want advice on the best way of starting.
The course covers the following:
 How to register me with a vet;
The benefits of getting me pet insurance;
Clearing up after me;
Identification tags – what goes on them and why does my owner need to get me one?
Advice on collars and leads;
Caring for me, including grooming;
The importance of socialising me;
I love to play – please make it a part of my training!
How to make training fun for me and you;
How to communicate with me;
Toilet training.
At the end of the course you will receive a certificate to confirm you have successfully completed this course.

All our courses use positive reinforcement methods to train your dog and because we work with you on a 1-2-1 basis we can modify the exercises to suit your needs.
Before any training commences, you will be asked to complete an assessment form – purely for us to ascertain what course will be suitable for you, we will then spend some time on the first assessment getting to know you and your dog.
